The character of Bunny The Elf is based on Christi's early career in New York City where she worked at F.A.O. Schwarz portraying a real-life Christmas Elf among a few other colorful characters. This eventually led to Bunny(whose government name is name Roberta Aires) appearing in her own Youtube Channel before making her way onstage to this years Hollywood Fringe Festival.

Our story follows sweet naive Bunny as she seeks out the perfect career that is a match for enthusiastic and eccentric personality. Unfortunately, she doesn't have a lot on her resume, having spent the last ten years as what she calls a "musical theater audition-er," much to her chagrin.

That is until her family forces her to get a "real job" and start helping pay a portion of the rent. Bunny sets off to find a place where she truly belongs. After some unfortunate setbacks, she comes across the perfect job, working as one of Santa's elves at a local toy store. Bunny The Elf takes to her new role like a polar bear to the North Pole. She is beloved by the children, leads team meetings, and is relied to attend special events on by the head honcho whom she calls affectionately refers to as Santa Chuck, she knows he isn't' the real deal and is more of a regional manager kinda guy and reports to the real Kris Kringle.

Overall this is a story of perseverance and fortitude/ Bunny reminds us that we will have doors closed in our face, but to not give up as you will find a place where you can be the most authentic version of yourself. Also, throughout this process, it is essential that no matter how frustrated we become with our station, we can always remember to be the spirit of Christmas to others, to treat everyone with love and kindness no matter their creed or background and be grateful for we have, and the importance of  not forgetting about those less fortunate than ourselves.

Pedigo transforms into Bunny with such gusto, from the elf ears to the cotton candy scented perfume, while wearing the elf costume she absolutely embodies the character filled and infectious joy and excitement. You will walk away with a smile on your face an inspired to inspire others.

It is without a doubt I recommend checking out this show, that being said I hate to be the Ebenezer Scrooge and inform you that the show has completely sold out its run, if you are not on Santa's Naughty List you might be able to make it on the waiting list. No, promises though.

Otherwise, you are going to have to cross your fingers and wait for the encore, see this show don't be cotton headed ninny muggins.
